English:

1- say: I seek Your protection, Oh Lord of the daybreak,

2- from whatever You created that may harm,

3- and from the evil found in the darkness of night,

4- And from those who practise witchcraft when they blow in the knots,

5- and from the jealous people who may harm us with their jealousy.

Chapter Notes:

This surah is used for protection against evil similar to Surah An-Naas. However, Surah Al-Falaq is more for protection from human evil.
We are instructed to seek refuge in Allah from the evil perpetrated by mankind. This includes both physical and spiritual evil, and intentional and unintentional evil.
When you recite this Surah, recite it with conviction and devotion. Try to imagine yourself standing before Allah and asking for protection from these many things.
This is certainly a powerful weapon that Allah has given the believers.
